Tim is currently Managing Director and Head of Private Placement at CRT Investment Bank. He has over 18 years of private placement experience. Tim was previously with BMO Capital Markets, where he headed the firm’s private debt, private equity and mezzanine debt placement activities. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, he was responsible for the private equity and mezzanine placement efforts of ING Barings and also served as Partner and Co-Head of Distribution of SPP Hambro & Co., LLC, an investment banking boutique which was consistently a market leader in raising private capital. Tim began his career in Citicorp’s Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Beta Gamma Sigma) in finance and marketing from the University of Michigan.
